Management Fee Structure

Leasing fees are based on a percentage the rental rate!  

Monthly fees include direct deposit or paper check payments, full statement of accounting each month, end of year statement for tax filing, 24 hour emergency maintenance line, and access to your property information anytime from your online owner portal!

Pricing

1-3 properties:

  • 100% leasing fee (paid from 1st full months rent)
  • 10% per month 
  • $250 lease renewal fee

4-7 properties:

  • 50% leasing fee (paid from 1st full months rent)
  • 9% per month 
  • $200 lease renewal fee

8+ properties:

  • 50% leasing fee (paid from 1st full months rent)
  • 8% per month 
  • $100 lease renewal fee

  • One months rent
